treasury. A Facilitative Manager with sound understanding Foreign
exchange management act (FEMA), Trade and exchange control
regulations, ACU mechanism, ECGC guidelines and Regulator (RBI)'s
compliance norms in day-to-day banking environment. Well versed
with Export finance, Import finance, Procedure for project export
clearance from working group, foreign direct investments (FDI),
resident company's investment abroad and External commercial
borrowings (ECB) guidelines. Conversant with International
Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules under UCPDC 600, URC 522, URR
725, ISP 98, FEDAI guidelines and EXIM policy. He possesses
thorough Knowledge of vanilla derivative products (such as
options, forward contracts and swaps), markets and implications.

introduction of document management system (DMS) and structure of
multimillion USD import LC's.

faculty to many banking colleges & corporate houses in Mumbai.
